Lube Oil System

Lube oil system is of forced recycle oil supply system, and is mainly used to supply lubrication oil for turbo blower, compressor, gearbox and coupling etc. The whole system consists of oil console, main oil pump, overhead oil tank and oil supply/return pipes. In order to keep the oil pressure stable and safe, two oil pumps are provided: One is for operation, the other one for standby. Additionally, in order to avoid that the standby pump could not start up immediately when failure occurs, the overhead oil tank should be equipped about 5 meters higher than machine train, so as to guarantee enough lubriation oil for machine train at the phase of stalling operation.

The oil system is designed with two systems: Oen is high configuration system, the other one is low configuration system, of which the high configuration system is designed for the large units such as axial compressor, TRT, air separation unit etc., while the low configuration system is mainly used for the medium/small sized blowers such as sinter blower, C series, D series and E series. According to the volume of oil tank, the frame size of the high configuration oil console is 630~25000L, the frame size of the low configuration oil console is 40~550L.
